The 2013 SC-4 United States Central Championship was the first season of the SC-4 United States Central Championship, a developmental stock car racing series for the central United States regulated by the World Stock Car Association and organized by the United States Developmental Racing League. Red Bull's Morgan Ingram and Blake Austin finished 1-2 in the points, with Bailey Collier a close third; the top three were separated by just five points. Harper Gates won the Women's Trophy, with Spain's Pablo Sanchez winning the Guest trophy for Red Bull.

All teams are based in the central United States; this zone is roughly defined as the area between the Mississippi River and the Rocky Mountains, but includes other Central Time Zone locations as well.
