The 2014 SC-4 United States Central Championship was the second season of the SC-4 United States Central Championship, a developmental stock car racing series for the eastern United States regulated by the World Stock Car Association and organized by the United States Developmental Racing League. Piper Benjamin won the championship in commanding fashion, beating defending series champion Morgan Ingram by 197 points; Benjamin also won Rookie of the Year honors as well as the Women's Championship.

All teams are based in the central United States; this zone is roughly defined as the area between the Mississippi River and the Rocky Mountains, but includes other Central Time Zone locations as well.

- Bailey Collier leaves McLaughlin Motorsports to race in the NASCT Truck Series.
- Blake Austin leaves Red Bull STC to race in Champ Car Lights. Pablo Sanchez moves into the renumbered #2 car to fill his seat.
- Brian Watkins is released by Rodney Moyer Motorsports. His seat is filled by Grayson Noble, while Watkins joins an expanded Parrish Racing Team.
- Ezra Zavala leaves McLaughlin Motorsports to run Formula C South America; Zavala's seat is filled by Cayden Cantrell.
- Harper Gates elects to run the American Junior Stock Car West championship due to college commitments. Her seat at Underwood is filled by Jamie Daniels.
- Joel Page joins Rodney Moyer in a part time schedule.
- Kian White fills the part-time seat vacated by Pablo Sanchez.
- Melissa Chapman moves from part-time to full-time for Red Bull STC.
- Markus Leach fills the part-time seat vacated by Melissa Chapman.
- Piper Benjamin fills the seat at McLaughlin Motorsports opened by the departure of Collier.
- Riley Caldwell moves to the NASCT Lights series. The #14 Arellano Motorsports seat is filled by Theo Strong.
- Spencer Carr drops to a part-time schedule.
- Travis Lindsey leaves Arellano Motorsports to race exclusively in the American Junior Stock Car West division.
- Trevor Maddox joins the series alongside Luna Motorsports Development.
- Zara Trujillo leaves to run the Mexican Stock Car Challenge; her seat is filled by Kamron Garner.

- The 2014 calendar was aligned with the East and West series schedules; each series would run once every three weeks, which would allow drivers to run in multiple series.
