Jared Noel "Jay" Woodward (28 November 1920 - 30 March 2009) was an American race car driver. He won the inaugural Round of Ohio during the 1950 National Stock Car Series season. Woodward, typical of most drivers from his era, never ran full-time as a racing driver, choosing to run mainly the high-paying and local events sanctioned in upstate New York.
