The United States Grand Prix is a motor racing event that has been held on and off since 1908, when it was known as the American Grand Prize. The Grand Prix later became part of the Formula A World Championship. As of 2019, the Grand Prix has been held 49 times, and it has taken place at ten different locations in total. Since 2012, it has been held every year at the Circuit of the Americas in Austin, Texas, with the exception of 2020 when it was cancelled due to the COVID-19 pandemic in the United States.
