The Double Cross is made with two standard disqualification flags shown here.

In the World Stock Car Championship, a Double Cross is the nickname for a penalty given by race control to indicate the disqualification of a driver. It is indicated by waving two penalty flags simultaneously and indicating a driver's number. The driver is immediately removed from the race and is credited with a last place finish and a forfeit of all points.
