The 1992 Eurocup season was the inaugural season for the European Stock Car Championship series, popularly known as Eurocup. The series served primarily as a support series for Formula A, despite no official affiliation between the two series. Only three races were held not in support of another racing series: the rounds at Fiorano, Brno, and the Paris GP.
