The SC-4 Chinese Championship (Chinese: 中国股票赛车锦标赛, CSRC) is a stock car racing championship run under the guidance of the World Stock Car Association and its affiliates, the Federation of Chinese Stock Car Racing (FCSCR), the Hong Kong Racing Academy (HKRA), and the Macau Motorsports League (MML).

History[edit | edit source]

In 2012, the World Stock Car Association unveiled the updated WSCC Global Pathway, intended to bridge the gap from junior series to international stock car racing; the first step was to create the developmental tier of stock car racing, which would be regionally focused to enable driver development.

The SC-4 Chinese Championship was announced in October 2012, with the first season scheduled to take place in 2014. Buick was announced as the official series partner in November of 2012.
