The third race of the 1951 National Stock Car Series was held on April 8, 1951 at Langhorne Speedway in Middletown Township, Pennsylvania. The race comprised 200 laps around a 1 mile (1.609km) dirt oval. Cameron Yost won his third consecutive race in dominant fashion; Yost lead 192 laps and won by two laps over second-place Armond Cabot.
In 1970, following the series' established race naming guidelines, this race was retroactively named the 1951 Round of Pennsylvania.

The race covered two hundred laps around the 1 mile dirt oval and took two hours, 26 minutes, and 51 seconds. Around 9,000 people are estimated to have attended.
Cameron Yost beat Armond Cabot by two laps; other notable drivers in this race were Howard Joyce (5th), Amos Thompson (6th), Schuyler Stewart (7th), Jimmy Stafford (16th), Kelly Petersen (27th), Peter Stafford (28th), and Ben Rogers (34th). Yost earned $2,800 (equivalent to around $27,532 in 2019); 20th place finisher Gary Cameron earned $35.00 (equivalent to $344) for his efforts.
